Quality Manager

Are you passionate about Quality Control and Compliance? Do you have notable experience with textile products? Are you process driven? We’re partnering with a growing business based in Scotland, who have an immediate requirement for an experienced Quality Supervisor / Quality Manager to join on a permanent basis. This is not a caretaker role; you’ll be instrumental in bringing new ideas to the table and implementing change across the quality function. What You Get * A competitive salary * 4% pension contribution * Life Insurance * 32 days holiday including bank holidays * Join a fantastic business where your voice matters About You * First and foremost, it is essential that you have a strong background in textile manufacturing whether that be wet or dry processing * You’ll have proven experience in a similar role as Quality Manager, QC Manager, Quality & Technical Manager or a senior quality role where you’re looking you’re your next step up * Ideally, you’ll have previously managed or supervised a team * Your experience should span laboratory and technical testing, in-process QC, chemical compliance (COSHH) and final inspection/release * You’ll be genuinely excited by joining a business who are growing year on year and the opportunities that will present to you and your own personal development * You'll be a real team player who enjoys collaborating with other departments * You enjoy a hands-on role where you are happy to roll your sleeves up!
