Multi-Skilled Engineer – Static Site
Location: Tottenham Court Road, Central London
Salary: £50,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Overtime: Available
Contract: Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a newly refurbished commercial office building in the Tottenham Court Road area.
The building has undergone a major refurbishment with new plant and equipment and is currently going through mobilisation.
This is a static, single-engineer site, with additional support from mobile engineers approximately 2–3 days per week.
The Role
* Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance
* Complete PPMs across mechanical and electrical systems
* Plant room checks and maintenance
* Work with chillers, boilers and associated building services equipment
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding
* Identify faults and coordinate repairs where required
* Support the mobilisation of the newly refurbished site
* Liaise with contractors and the wider engineering team
* Maintain accurate maintenance records
* Provide a professional and client-facing service
There is no engineer call-out requirement, as out-of-hours call-outs are covered by subcontractors.
Requirements
* Qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering
* Strong multi-skilled building services experience
* Previous commercial maintenance experience
* Experience with plant rooms, boilers, chillers and general M&E systems
* Able to work independently
* Good communication and client-facing skills

* £50,000 salary
