Job Description
Recruiting now for 2 x Stock Controller on a temporary to permanent basis
About the Stock Controller role:
* Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
* Temporary to permanent role
* Based in Stratton (SN3)
* £12.71 per hour
* Immediate start
Key Responsibilities for the Stock Controller role:
* Review of system generated reports to ensure physical and actual stock levels remain synchronised so that integrity of stock counts is maintained.
* To achieve the daily/weekly PI counting schedule
* Liaise with management regarding all aspects of inventory control
* To control the stock returned to the depot
* To assist with stock related customer queries and conduct investigations if required to maintain a high level of customer service.
* Responsible for highlighting any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage issues to your Manager.
* Completion of necessary process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner (QC Checks)
Experience / Skills required for the Stock Controller role:
* Previous experience in a stock control or inventory role
* Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control processes.
* Experience using WMS/ERP systems
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
