This is a great opportunity to join a growing food business as an Account Manager, managing their M&S account within the prepared fruit business.
Whether you're a graduate looking to take your first step into Account Management, or you already have some commercial experience, they're looking for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and passion for fresh produce.What's on Offer?

You'll take ownership of the M&S account, building strong customer relationships and helping drive sales, margin and profitable growth.Day to day, you'll be:
Managing relationships with Buyers and Planners
Handling day-to-day customer communication and supply queries
Supporting new product launches and NPD
Managing budgets, forecasts and sales performance
Preparing costings and supporting pricing reviews
Managing promotional activity and reviewing results
Monitoring sales and margin performance
Identifying opportunities for new products and growth
Supporting range reviews and category strategies
Using customer and competitor insight to identify opportunities
Working closely with NPD, Production, Planning, Logistics and other internal teams
Producing commercial reports and analysis
Helping improve product profitability and manage costsThis is a varied role where you'll need to be organised, confident and commercially minded, with the ability to manage changing priorities and build strong relationships across the business
What do I need?
A genuine passion for food
Relevant commercial experience OR a graduate with a genuine passion for food/fresh produce
Around 2 years' experience in Account Management or a commercial role would be advantageous
An interest in sales, margins and commercial performance
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused and commercially curious
