Serious Injury Fee Earner / NQ Solicitor | Birmingham | Hybrid Working
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid - 2 days office-based)
We are seeking an ambitious Serious Injury Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Solicitor (approximately 2-10 years' PQE) to join a highly experienced and well-established Serious Injury team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career handling complex and rewarding cases involving:
Catastrophic injuries
Brain and spinal injuries
Serious orthopaedic injuries
Amputations
Fatal accident claims
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload of claims valued up to £100,000, while also assisting Partners on high-value cases exceeding £1 million.
The Role:
Managing and assisting on serious injury claims
Focusing on early intervention and rehabilitation
Delivering exceptional client care
Progressing litigated matters proactively
Managing court deadlines and limitation dates
Valuing quantum and negotiating settlements
Supporting business development initiatives
