Sellick Partnership is partnering with an established Property and Building Services provider in Social Housing operating across London. is seeking an Environmental, Sustainability & Supply Chain Manager to join its Governance & Compliance team.
This is a highly visible role that combines environmental management, sustainability reporting, supplier governance, procurement controls and operational improvement.
As the Sustainability & Environment Compliance Manager your role will include:
Driving and delivering continuous improvement across a fast-paced operational environment
Managing supplier assurance processes, procurement controls, waste reduction initiatives and business-wide reporting
Ongoing development and maintenance of the company's ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
Establishing a greenhouse gas reporting framework aligned to ISO (phone number removed) standardsKey Responsibilities
Owning and developing the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
Leading environmental audits, corrective actions and compliance activities
Developing the organisation's carbon reporting and greenhouse gas inventory programme
Managing supplier onboarding, due diligence and performance monitoring
Maintaining and developing an Approved Supplier List and supplier governance framework
Drive waste reduction, environmental improvement and sustainability initiatives
Supporting supplier audits, performance reviews and continuous improvement programmes
Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance evidenceAbout you:
Experience within construction, engineering, facilities management, utilities or a similar operational environment
Experience in a relevant environmental, procurement or supply chain role
Practical experience of ISO 14001 management systems
Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
Experience producing management information and performance reports
