Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Haywards Heath, West Sussex Up to £60,000 DOE + Company Car/Car Allowance Full-Time | Permanent Hunters' client is a growing and highly regarded commercial fit-out and refurbishment specialist, looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from the initial enquiry through to completion. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in the detail, getting out on site and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Project Manager - The Role You'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, including: Managing projects from initial enquiry and site survey through to completion and handover. Visiting sites, assessing requirements and developing practical project solutions. Preparing quotations, estimates, costings and project proposals. Coordinating materials, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to keep projects on programme. Managing budgets, costs, variations, quality and overall project delivery. Project Manager - About You We're looking for someone with a solid background in commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment and interiors, who is confident managing projects and dealing with the commercial side of the work. Experience with estimating, surveying, quotations and project costing. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and variations. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage several projects at different stages. A practical, hands-on approach and confidence working both on site and with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. The ability to work independently, make decisions and take full ownership of projects. What's On Offer?
