School Administrator - Ealing Location: Ealing Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new opportunity within a supportive school environment? We are currently recruiting for a School Administrator to join a welcoming school on an ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, reliable and confident administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and is comfortable dealing with staff, students, parents and visitors. The Role As a School Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. You will need to be organised, approachable and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. Key Duties Carrying out accurate data entry and maintaining school records Chasing outstanding documents and information from staff, parents and relevant contacts Covering the school reception, welcoming visitors and dealing with enquiries Answering telephone calls and responding to emails Maintaining accurate records and updating school systems Supporting staff with general administrative tasks Managing correspondence and documentation Assisting with attendance and pupil administration Preparing documents, letters and reports Liaising with staff, parents and external contacts Supporting the wider administration team during busy periods Ensuring office procedures are followed accurately and efficiently Requirements To be considered, you must have either: Previous school administration experience, OR At least 2 years' administration experience outside of the education sector You will also need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to work calmly in a busy environment Good IT and Microsoft Office skills A professional and approachable manner The ability to work effectively as part of a team Why Apply?
