Agent | Heathrow Airport | Twilight & Night Shifts | Inside IR35 | Umbrella PAYE
Agent required for a major civil engineering and infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport.
We are looking for an experienced Agent to oversee the delivery of key work packages on a high-profile aviation project. This role offers the opportunity to work on a challenging live airport environment, managing both engineering and construction activities during twilight and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the safe and efficient delivery of civils and infrastructure packages
Planning works and coordinating subcontractors on site
Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, permits, and associated documentation
Monitoring progress, programme, quality, and productivity
Managing engineering teams and site supervision staff
Ensuring compliance with Heathrow and project-specific procedures
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners
Supporting commercial reporting and project controls
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Agent, or Section Engineer on major infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods
Experience managing subcontractors and site delivery teams
Working knowledge of QA processes, ITPs, permits, and temporary works
Ability to manage programme and coordinate multiple work fronts
CSCS Card essential
SMSTS preferred
Heathrow, airport, rail, highways, or major project experience advantageous
