Job Description
An independent construction consultancy are looking to add a driven Quantity Surveyor as they expand their Nottingham based Cost Management team. The Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a diverse team of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Building Surveyors who collaborate to deliver and diverse portfolio of projects including healthcare, heritage, residential, and much more. Day to day the new Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out a mix of pre and post contract tasks including preparing cost plans, feasibility studies, cost reports, valuations, and final accounts. An ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor keen for greater responsibility, and the clear pathway to becoming a Senior Quantity Surveyor and beyond.
