Teaching Assistant - Upper KS2 & SEND | Stockport
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a friendly one-form entry primary school in Stockport. This is a long-term, full-time position starting ASAP, supporting pupils across Upper KS2 with additional SEND responsibilities.
The Role:
Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP
Supporting pupils across Upper KS2
Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND
Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions where required
Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
Helping to promote positive behaviour, engagement and learningThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous KS2 experience is essential
Experience supporting pupils with SEND is essential
Confident supporting learning both independently and as part of a team
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting pupils' progressPay: £95 per day PAYE
