Job Description
A Bolton-based Quantity Surveying consultancy that has secured various new projects, are looking to appoint a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take a leading role within a diverse Quantity Surveying team, delivering a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including retail, industrial, residential, and healthcare. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of a full cost management role across both pre and post contract stages, overseeing cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and client relationships throughout the delivery of projects.
