We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established Facilities Management team covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Surrey.
This is a great opportunity for an AC Engineer looking for a well-paid, long-term position within the FM sector.
The role
* Planned and reactive AC maintenance
* Servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems
* Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
* Working across a mobile portfolio throughout Surrey
* Completing PPMs and associated documentation
* Liaising professionally with clients on site
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and compliantly
What we’re looking for
* F-Gas qualification
* Strong commercial AC/HVAC experience
* Experience within Facilities Management or building services
* Confident fault-finding skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Professional and customer-focused approach
Package
£46,000 per annum
