The scheme comprises two residential blocks within a gated development and will involve the dismantling of the existing cladding system and installation of new non-combustible cladding, alongside associated fire protection works.

* Providing clear and regular progress reporting to senior management and the client.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts.
* Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
* A strong understanding of programming, cost control, quality and H&S.
* Proven experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to take ownership of a complex project and drive it through to successful completion
