Job Description
Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a fantastic, global business that is currently seeking a Benefits Analyst to join them on a rolling temporary basis.
This role is fully remote - paying a day rate of £375 per day.
As a successful Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for;
Processing and managing benefits across both the US & UK operations
Oversight of the end to end benefits lifecycle
Producing reports and analytics
Managing complex benefits queries and resolution
The ideal Benefits Analyst will have the following;
Have extensive experience within the benefits space, must have US experience
Worked at a senior capacity within the benefits space
Ability to start immediately
