Mobile M&E Technician – South London
Salary: £45,000

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Mobile M&E Technician to join a Facilities Management contract covering sites across South London.
The successful engineer will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance, supporting the day-to-day operation of client sites.
Responsibilities
* PPM and reactive maintenance
* Mechanical and electrical fault finding
* General building services maintenance
* Identifying faults and completing repairs
* Ensuring works are completed safely and compliantly
* Liaising with clients and site teams
Ideally, you'll have
* Mechanical and/or electrical qualifications
* Previous commercial FM/building services experience
* Good all-round maintenance knowledge
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong fault-finding skills
Salary: £45,000
