Furniture Sprayers / Finishers / Preppers
£35,000 - £45,000 | Full-Time | Sittingbourne, Kent
We're seeking experienced Furniture Sprayers, Finishers and Preppers to join our team producing high-end bespoke joinery and cabinetry.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in furniture, joinery, or cabinet manufacturing
* Proven experience in furniture preparation, spraying, or finishing
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Experience working on luxury bespoke furniture or joinery
* Knowledge of specialist finishing systems and techniques advantageous
What You'll Do:
* Prepare and finish bespoke joinery components
* Apply primers, lacquers, top coats and specialist finishes
* Ensure consistently high-quality workmanship
* Carry out quality checks and maintain finishing equipment
* Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines
