Opportunity You will be a 360 recruiter doing perm or contract ideally from IT or professional staffing recruitment with a mindset to bring in new clients. The team focus on UK, Europe and US and we are hiring 3 consultants for the team currently so there is huge investment in this business. Selling Points * £25-40k Basic Salary depending on experience * Simple, high reward commission scheme at 20% for senior consultants. * Commission increases for high billers to 30% * No Threshold! * Sales Incentive Trips/ holidays e.g. Croatia/ Skiing - 2 a year * Monthly Incentive Vouchers and Prizes * Structured sales development, clear expectations and development goals * Strong leadership and role models above you, very high performing team billing over £20m with less than 30 recruiters. * Everyone has a full recruiter licence on LinkedIn!! * Fast growing highly successful business * Very successful training scheme (and full market training provided for consultants wishing to switch sectors) proven to create high billing consultants * Being client centric and providing quality work with integrity is really important for this business. Requirements * Experienced IT recruiter who has covered salesforce ideally * 5 years recruitment experience plus is most likely to be suitable * Still excited about recruitment and still developing new business and keen to continue being client centric * You will likely need at least 2 years of management experience * Ability to work autonomously with good sense of self direction * Success orientated and good work ethic * Strong career mindset
