Email Marketing Executive | West Sussex
Salary: £30,000
Want to take real ownership of email marketing rather than just hit send?
This is a great opportunity to join a growing digital team where you'll have the chance to build campaigns, create automated customer journeys and develop your experience within email and CRM.
We're looking for someone with around 2-5 years' marketing experience, with a strong grounding in email marketing and a good understanding of email platforms, automation and customer journeys.
You don't need to be the finished article commercially. What's more important is that you've been hands-on with email campaigns, understand how automated flows work and are keen to develop further.
The role
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday
Based at the head office in Crawley
Predominantly office-based, with some flexibility once you've been with the business for a while

Opportunity to develop as the email and CRM strategy growsWhat you'll be doing
Planning, building, testing and sending email campaigns through Klaviyo.
Creating engaging email content, including copy and visuals.
Building and improving automated email flows and customer journeys.
Segmenting audiences to make campaigns more relevant and targeted.
Using customer behaviour and engagement data to improve email activity.
Running A/B tests across subject lines, content and send times.
Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results.
Supporting customer retention and loyalty activity.
Maintaining a healthy, GDPR-compliant email database.
Supporting the wider marketing and e-commerce team with additional projects.About you
You'll ideally have around 2-5 years of experience within email marketing, CRM or a broader digital marketing role where email has been a key part of your responsibilities.
Experience with Klaviyo would be ideal, but we're also very open to people who have worked with similar platforms.
You'll need to be comfortable building campaigns yourself and have some experience of:
Email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Automated email flows and customer journeys.
Audience segmentation.
A/B testing.
Campaign reporting and performance analysis.
Writing engaging email content.
Creating or working with email visuals and creative assets.You don't need to come with years of commercial strategy experience. This is much more about finding someone who understands email marketing, enjoys the hands-on side and wants the opportunity to develop their knowledge further.
