Job Description
Security & Loss Prevention Officer
Rate of pay: £13.71 per hour (£27,809)
Hours: 9am - 6pm, 5 days from 7 on a rota basis, 9 hour shifts. You will work every other Saturday. 40 hours per week.
Location: Brent, North West London

Applicants should have great customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Your duties will include:
* Providing a customer focused security presence
* Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors
* Acting as a visual deterrent to crime and security incidents
* Monitoring CCTV systems
* Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly manner
* Security patrols of the store
* Work closely with store associates and the Store Manager
* Conducting internal investigations into stock loss, fraud and theft.
* Monitoring security systems
* Key holding
* Report all security incidents in the store
You should be:
* Fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days including every other Saturday. These will be 9 hour shifts 9am – 6pm.
* Strong conflict resolution skills
