Academics are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Crewe on a full-time basis.

✨ The Role:
Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant
Based in Crewe
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
Helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally
Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment🌟 The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable
Patient, caring and empathetic
Confident in building positive relationships with pupils
Resilient and adaptable
