Business Development Manager
The Role:
Take ownership of securing specifications and winning projects across the UK, focusing on the logistics, warehousing and distribution sectors. You'll work with M&E consultants, Tier 1 contractors and multi-site end users to drive both retrofit and new build opportunities, building strong relationships to grow project pipelines and secure long-term business.
Requirements:
· Specification experience within the construction industry
· Experience of following through specifications with contractors
· Commercially driven with the energy to develop new business
· Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career within a growing organisation
The Package:
· £50,000 basic salary
· 25% quarterly bonus scheme
· Electric company car
· Pension
· 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays
