Residential Property Paralegal

A well established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its London conveyancing team. This Residential Property Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad range of residential property transactions, supporting fee earners across the full conveyancing process. The Residential Property Paralegal will gain hands-on experience from file opening through to completion and post completion matters. This Residential Property Paralegal opportunity is suited to someone looking to develop their career within residential property law in a supportive and structured team environment. The Company? The successful Residential Property Paralegal will join a respected law firm with a strong Residential Property team acting for a wide range of clients. The team provides a collaborative working environment with structured supervision, ongoing training and exposure to a varied conveyancing caseload. The Role As the Residential Property Paralegal you will support fee earners across residential conveyancing matters. The role will include: * Supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion * Managing your own caseload under supervision * Drafting legal documents, correspondence and client communications * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors * Monitoring key dates, deadlines and transaction progress * Assisting with exchange, completion and post completion matters You will have a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and a proactive approach to developing your legal career.
