Outdoor Pursuits Team Leader
Longford Forest | €17.40 per hour
Gear up for action, where fun, forest and families collide
Join our Outdoor Pursuits team, supporting the safe and efficient operation of Action Challenge and Watersports. You'll help lead and train a team of Instructors, ensuring they provide exceptional coaching and supervision for guests during activity sessions.
What you'll be doing
Oversee instructor and product development initiatives
Supervise daily team operations, including tracking hours, holidays and sickness
Maintain buildings and equipment to ensure smooth activity delivery
Uphold high standards of guest care, cleanliness and compliance with company policies
Support in the absence of Assistant Managers when required

Full-time contract
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday]
About you
Confident decision-making and communication skills, even under pressure
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to support and develop teams
Computer literate with knowledge of booking and stock systems
Supervisory experience managing teams and volume activities in the leisure industry
Friendly, genuine and approachable with guests and colleagues
