Job Description
Job Title: Working Supervisor
Location: Dundonnell
Duration: Ongoing
Start: ASAP
Hours: 11 days on, 3 days off rotation. Monday to Friday - 13 hours per day available (including travel). Saturday – 7:00am until 4:30pm. Sunday – 8:00am until 3:00pm.
4 Weeks left of Nightshift
Rates: Depending on Experience
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the site team and daily works.
* Be hands-on and assist with civil engineering works as required.
* Allocate labour, plant and materials effectively.
* Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
* Read and work from construction drawings and RAMS.
* Liaise with the Site Manager and wider site team.
* Monitor progress and report any issues or delays.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Working Supervisor / Civils Supervisor / Ganger role.
* Strong civil engineering and groundworks experience.
* Experience supervising and working alongside site teams.
* Good understanding of health & safety.
* Ability to read and understand drawings.
* SSSTS or SMSTS.
* CSCS Supervisor Card.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
* Full UK Driving Licence essential
