Job Description
Telehandler Operator – Energy Storage
Location: Uskmouth, South Wales
Start: Immediate
Rate: Competitive CIS/LTD Rates
Duration: 2 Weeks
Mint Selection are currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Operator to support the delivery of a major energy storage project based in Uskmouth, South Wales.
This is a short-term, hands-on position supporting site operations and logistics on a live construction project. The successful candidate will primarily operate the telehandler while assisting the wider site team where required.
Responsibilities
* Safely operating the telehandler to move materials, plant and equipment around site
* Loading and unloading site deliveries
* Supporting material distribution and general site logistics
* Carrying out daily checks and reporting any defects
* Assisting the construction team with general site duties when required
* Maintaining good housekeeping across the site
* Following all site health and safety procedures
* Working closely with site management and subcontractors to support the programme
Requirements
* Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
* Previous experience operating a telehandler on live construction sites
* Good understanding of site health and safety requirements
* Reliable, hardworking and comfortable assisting with general site duties
* Available to start immediately and commit to the full two-week contract
* Able to provide two recent work references
