Job Description
Are you a level 2 qualified building services plumbing, with experience of mechanical plant room maintenance looking for a new role, to move client side into world class institution?
We have a new role for a mechanical maintenance engineer, to join a leading University, to be based at their Denmark Hill campus. This is a Monday - Friday role, 35 hours per week, 8-4. There is also opportunities to increase your salary, both through the on call rota, available overtime and annual salary increases.
In addition to £39,000 you will be offered:

Within this building services maintenance role you will be responsible for a mixture of plumbing and mechanical plant room maintenance including:
Air Handling Units
Fan Coil Units
Water Treatment
Plumbing
PPMs
If you have a level 2 or 3 in plumbing and heating, and a background in commercial building services maintenance, then this could be the role for you!
