Job Description
Are you an experienced Food Production Operative looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position?
We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established food manufacturing business based in Shoreham-by-Sea. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their production team with reliable and hardworking individuals who have previous experience working within food production, manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment.

Your duties will include:
* Preparing, mixing, and assembling food products using production machinery and equipment
* Handling raw ingredients and following production specifications
* Operating within strict food hygiene and health & safety procedures
* Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
* Moving products and ingredients safely around the production facility
* Cleaning equipment and maintaining high housekeeping standards
* Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
Available shifts include:
* AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
* PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
* Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience within food production, food manufacturing, production, or a factory environment
* The ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices
* A reliable and positive approach to work
* Good teamwork and communication skills
Please note: Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred and candidates with relevant experience will be prioritised.
