We are recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a prestigious main dealership located in Cambridge. Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum

Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs
Preparing and selling service and repair work to customers
Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
Maintaining accurate documentation and vehicle history records
Promoting additional products and services to maximise earning potentialRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Professional attitude with a focus on delivering quality service
