FLT Counterbalance Driver (Days and Nights available)– Birmingham B37
Pay Rates:
Day Shift: £13.83 per hour
Night Shift: £16.03 per hourWe are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy distribution centre based in Birmingham, B37.
These are straightforward Counterbalance FLT roles, and we have positions available on both day and night shifts.
Shift Patterns
Day Shift:
Tuesday to Friday
08:30 – 19:00
£13.83 per hourNight Shift:
Monday to Thursday
20:30 – 06:30
£16.03 per hourThe Role As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties may include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Moving stock and pallets around the warehouse
Loading and unloading vehicles
Transporting goods to designated areas
Supporting with general warehouse duties where required
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Keeping the working area clean and organisedRequirements To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a valid and in-date RTITB or ITSSAR Counterbalance FLT accreditation
Have previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
Be reliable and able to commit to the chosen shift pattern
Have a good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independentlyInductions will be taking place on Monday morning, so successful candidates must be available to attend.
