FREELANCE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
LOUGHBOROUGH, LEICESTERSHIRE
£300 - £400 per day, dependent on experience
START ASAP
I'm working with a building contractor in Loughborough looking for a freelance QS.
They are trying to find someone on a permanent basis but aware this could take up to 3 months so need someone in the interim to support the business.
They have high-end small residential site in Oakham nearly finishing and just won a £4m new build home in Cornwall. Also 2 more projects in Leicester incoming.
Ideally they are looking for someone with building experience and fully committed to 3 days per week.
The role would be office/site based and to start immediately.
