Resident Liaison Officer – Kitchens & Bathrooms
* Location: East London
* Contract: L&Q - Kitchen and Bathrooms
* Salary: Up to £34,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance + Fully Expensed Fuel Card
A leading planned maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team delivering a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme for L&Q across East London.
The Role
* Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works.
* Carry out resident visits and provide updates on programmes and access.
* Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints.
* Arrange and maintain access to properties.
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and the client.
* Support residents throughout the refurbishment process and minimise disruption.
* Maintain accurate records and help ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
About You
* Previous RLO experience within planned maintenance, social housing or refurbishment.
* Kitchen and bathroom experience is desirable.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident dealing with residents and challenging situations.
* Organised, professional and proactive.
* Full UK driving licence required.

* Up to £34,000 salary
