Finishing Manager – Belfast
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Project: Major Commercial Construction Project
Contract: 2 Months
Rate: £280–£300 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a major commercial construction project in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all internal finishing works across the project.
* Inspect finishes, decoration and fittings to ensure high-quality standards.
* Manage snagging and ensure defects are rectified ahead of handover.
* Coordinate subcontractors and trades on a daily basis.
* Monitor progress and ensure finishing works remain on programme.
* Ensure works meet project specifications and quality standards.
* Liaise with the Site Management team, subcontractors and client representatives.
* Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the site.
* Support the project through to successful completion and handover.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Finishing Manager, Finishing Foreman, Finishing Supervisor or Site Manager.
* Strong commercial construction and fit-out experience.
* Excellent knowledge of internal finishes and snagging.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades.
* Valid CSCS card.
* SMSTS qualification.
* First Aid qualification desirable.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Previous experience on large-scale commercial projects.
