Project Manager – Estates / Construction Location: Malvern, Worcestershire Contract: 6 Months Temporary – potential extension Rate: £400 – £450 per day LTD Working Pattern: 4 days per week onsite / 1 day remote Start: ASAP Trevett Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support a leading UK organisation operating within a highly regulated, secure and technically complex environment. This is a client-side Estates Project Manager position responsible for taking construction and estates projects from initial user requirements through the full project lifecycle, covering RIBA Stages 0–7. You will act as the key client-side interface between internal stakeholders, external design consultants and Principal Contractors, ensuring projects are effectively scoped, designed, procured and delivered in line with programme, cost, quality and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities * Manage Estates and construction projects through RIBA Stages 0–7 * Engage with internal customers to establish project requirements, scope and objectives * Manage external designers, consultants and Principal Contractors * Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and cost plans * Support business case development and project approvals * Manage project risks, issues, documentation and change control * Monitor contractor performance, programme, quality and delivery * Ensure appropriate health & safety and CDM arrangements are maintained * Manage stakeholder communication across technical, operational and senior management teams * Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget, programme and quality requirements Experience Required * Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience within construction, estates, infrastructure or capital projects * Strong client-side Project Management experience * Detailed knowledge of the RIBA project lifecycle * NEC3 contract experience – essential * Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Building Regulations * Experience managing external consultants, designers and main contractors * Strong commercial, risk management and stakeholder management skills * Experience within defence, government, secure or other highly regulated environments would be advantageous * Relevant Project Management / Construction qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, CIOB or degree equivalent * Must be eligible to undertake BPSS and subsequent SC security clearance
