Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care
Location: Southend, Essex
Salary: Up to £13.99 per hour / £29,106 per annum
JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join a children’s residential service in Southend.
You will support young people with daily life, activities, education, independence and emotional wellbeing while helping maintain a safe and positive home environment.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people
* Caring, resilient and empathetic approach
* Willingness to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Ability to work a residential shift pattern
A Level 3 qualification, children’s home experience and a driving licence are desirable.
The rota includes days, evenings, waking nights and sleep-ins
