ROLE – Construction Project Manager
Location – Tottenham, North London
Salary - £70k -£85k per year
Job Type – Full time, Permanent
Romax are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client to oversee a construction project in Tottenham, North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams, you will manage all aspects of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage construction project from inception to completion.
* Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
* Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
* Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Conduct site inspections and project meetings.
* Manage project risks and resolve issues efficiently.
* Prepare progress reports and communicate updates with contracts managers and director.
* Review and approve project documentation, contracts, and variations.
* Ensure successful project handover and close-out.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related field. CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
* Proven experience managing construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
