Internals Site Manager Client: Residential Developer Location: North London Project: RC Frame Residential Development Salary: £70,(Apply online only) - £80,(Apply online only) + Package Start: ASAP The Opportunity A reputable residential developer is seeking an experienced Internals Site Manager to take ownership of the internal fit-out phase for a major RC frame residential development in North London. Working across high-specification apartments and communal areas, you will lead the project from first fix through to final handover. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing developer with a robust pipeline of residential schemes, offering a collaborative culture and strong career progression. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day internal finishing packages from first fix, dry-lining, and MEP through to final decorating and handover Coordinate and supervise finishing subcontractors, trade teams, and internal finishing squads Drive the internal finishing programme to ensure strict adherence to deadlines and milestones Maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring zero-defect delivery for high-end residential units Oversee snagging processes, pre-handover inspections, and final client walkthroughs Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations across all internal work zones Manage material logistics, storage, and material call-offs to suit site progress Liaise closely with commercial, design, and customer care teams to ensure a seamless transition to occupation Experience & Requirements Proven track record working as an Internals Site Manager or Finishing Manager for a main contractor or residential developer Direct experience delivering internal fit-outs on RC frame residential developments (apartments/multi-unit residential) Strong eye for detail and uncompromising standards of finish Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Sound understanding of residential building regulations, finishes specifications, and finishing trades Essential Qualifications SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) CSCS Card (Black or Gold Manager card) First Aid at Work What's on Offer Opportunity to deliver a flagship residential scheme in North London Work with a stable and expanding developer with a strong local footprint Excellent career progression into Senior Management roles Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Interested?
