Mid-market corporate banking | Strategic client relationships | 4 days office, 1 day remote
If you’re an experienced corporate banking professional ready to take ownership of high-value mid-market relationships, this Corporate Banking Relationship Director role offers the autonomy to shape client strategy, identify growth opportunities and make a measurable commercial impact.
You’ll join a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where strong judgement is valued. The role combines relationship leadership, credit expertise and business development, with scope to influence clients and mentor developing Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and grow long-term relationships with mid-market corporate clients.
• Identify commercial opportunities and deliver tailored banking solutions.
• Manage portfolio performance, credit quality and regulatory risk.
• Mentor Associate Relationship Managers and contribute to service innovation.
About You
• Substantial corporate banking experience with strong credit and financial modelling capability.
• Sector experience across TMT, Healthcare, Professional & Business Services, Manufacturing or Consumer.
• Proven experience managing corporate relationships, portfolios and commercial opportunities.
