Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Temp to perm

We are looking for an experienced Laser setter / operator to join a busy manufacturing business in Loughborough LE11.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing laser team.

Setting and Operating a Laser Machine
Working from detailed engineering drawings
Select the correct tooling, dies, and machine settings
Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Working in a busy engineering team What we are looking for
Previous experience in setting and operating a Laser
Ability to read engineering drawings
3+ years of experience working with mid to heavy gauge mild steel
