Factory Operative
Location: Wisbech
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Saturday, between 6:00am and 6:00pm
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Factory Operatives to join a busy display production facility in Wisbech. You will work as part of a team producing cardboard displays and promotional products for customers.
This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the production and assembly of cardboard displays
* Preparing, folding, cutting and assembling display components
* Operating basic production equipment safely
* Packing finished products ready for dispatch
* Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards
* Keeping the production area clean and organised
* Working efficiently as part of a team
* Following health and safety procedures at all times

* Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous factory or production experience is useful but not essential, as training may be provided
Working Hours
Shifts are available Monday to Saturday between 6:00am and 6:00pm, with part-time opportunities available.
