Care Coordinator
Location: Grimsby
Full Time, 5 days with flexibility
Driving licence and vehicle essential.

We're looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team, ensuring our clients receive the support they need while helping our care professionals deliver exceptional service.
This is brilliant opportunity for someone already coordinating carers or working in a social care/healthcare setting looking for a new challenge. You could also be someone with solid experience of working on the frontline looking for the next step in your career and wanting to make a difference in a more administrative based role.
Either way we would love to speak to individuals with direct knowledge and experience of caring for others.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Coordinating care visits and rotas
✅ Supporting Care Workers with schedules and availability
✅ Liaising with clients, families and healthcare professionals
✅ Managing referrals and service changes
✅ Assisting with payroll administration and compliance processes
What we're looking for:
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Previous experience within domiciliary care
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
✔ Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
