Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a temporary to permanent position as a Operations Assistant for a busy transport office on the outskirts of Exeter.
*Own transport is essential*
Working hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
Pay £14.07 p/h paid weekly!
Job descriptions:
Answering customer calls relating to collections and delivery queries
* Allocating collections and deliveries to routes
* Investigating failed deliveries and collections
* Managing customer requests through the Customer Delivery Option system
* Inputting and maintaining accurate tracking data
* Producing daily reports within required timescales
* Liaising with drivers
