Internal Sales Executive
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Working Pattern: Fully office-based
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a growing team based in Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who is confident speaking with customers, building relationships and identifying opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, personable and customer-focused, with 2 or more years of previous sales experience and a genuine interest in developing their career within sales.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers
Handling incoming sales enquiries and identifying customer requirements
Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Following up and converting leads
Providing customers with product and service information
Preparing and following up on quotations
Building strong, long-term customer relationships
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Keeping customer and sales information up to date
Working closely with other internal teams and direct sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey
Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales processAbout You
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Empathetic and able to understand customer needs
2 years' previous sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach
Motivated by achieving targets and results
Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Keen to develop and progress within a sales environment
