Logistics Manager – Site Cover
* Location: Central London
* Project: £22m Office Fit-Out & Refurbishment
* Contract: 15/09/2026 – 09/10/2026
* Hours: 7:30am - 4:30 pm
* Rate: £250 - £275 per day DOE
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to provide short-term site cover on a £20mn+ office fit-out and refurbishment project in Central London.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day site logistics, ensuring deliveries, access, material movements and site operations are properly coordinated and managed.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site logistics and delivery schedules
* Coordinate site access, deliveries and material movements
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team
* Ensure the site remains organised, safe and efficient
* Manage delivery bookings and unloading arrangements
* Support the Site Manager and wider construction team with logistics requirements
* Maintain high standards of site housekeeping and access control
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Logistics Manager within construction or office fit-out
* Strong knowledge of site logistics, deliveries and material management
* SMSTS certification | Valid CSCS card
* Right to work in the UK
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to confidently manage a busy Central London site
* Previous experience working on commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects is desirable
