Recruitment Compliance Consultant
Location: South Africa - Somerset West- Cape Town (Office Based)
Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 in Winter / 10:30 - 19:30 in Summer
Start Date: Flexible
Reports to: Compliance Manager
Salary Range: R306k - R360k Basic salary with a KPI based Incentive/Commission scheme on top.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support candidates through the full vetting process
- Keep our records accurate and up to date
- Communicate with candidates to collect missing documents
- Help candidates understand what's needed and how long clearance will take
- Work with the sales and interview teams to speed up file completion
- Make regular calls to candidates and respond to queries
- Aim to meet weekly targets and contribute to team success
