SITE MANAGER – HARTLEPOOL
Location: Hartlepool
Rate: £300 per day
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Duration: Long-term / Ongoing
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy construction project in Hartlepool.
Requirements:
* SMSTS – Essential
* Black CSCS Manager Card – Essential
* Previous experience working as a Site Manager
* Strong knowledge of construction site procedures and health & safety
* Ability to manage site operations, subcontractors and workforce effectively
The Role:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations
* Managing subcontractors and site personnel
* Ensuring works are completed safely and to program
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety
* Liaising with project management and the wider site team
* Ensuring site documentation and procedures are kept up to date
£300 per day
07:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday
