Job Description
Ascendion is looking for "Scrum Master", The ideal candidate brings experience working in complex enterprise environments, navigating multi-team delivery, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, RTEs, Architecture, Engineering, and wider programme stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
* 4+ years as a Scrum master's in enterprise environments
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and scaled frameworks (SAFe preferred)
* Proven experience in Agile project delivery and multi-team coordination
* Expertise with Jira and Confluence
* Solid SDLC, QA, and DevOps awareness
* Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM/SASM, PMI-ACP
* Banking/Financial experience is required
