Job Description
Freelance Site Manager Requirement
* Location: Oxford Circus, London
* Start Date: 14th September
* Duration: 10–12 weeks
I'm working with a fit-out contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to take control of a live office refurbishment project in Oxford Circus.
The project is focused on the refurbishment of one floor of an office, including four bathroom refurbishments. It's a 10–12 week programme, so they're looking for someone who can come in, take ownership of the site and drive the job through to completion.
What they're looking for:
* Proven Site Management experience within commercial fit-out / office refurbishment
* Someone comfortable running a live refurbishment project independently
* Strong subcontractor management skills
* Good eye for quality and finish
