Disability Assessor / Functional Assessor — Aylesbury
Nurse | OT | Physio | Paramedic | Pharmacist
Salary: £40k–£43k + bonuses (PIP: up to £42k + £2k retention bonuses; WCA: up to £43k + £1k bonus)
Working: Hybrid, Mon–Fri, full/part-time (4 days available), no nights/weekends/bank holidays
About the role
Conduct DWP functional health assessments (PIP or WCA)
Review medical evidence and assess impact on daily living
Write clear, evidence-based reports
Full training provided — no prior assessor experience needed Requirements
Current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
1+ years post-registration, adult clinical experience
Strong communication/report-writing and IT skills
