£13.12 per hour | Overtime £19.72 per hour (after 42.5 hours worked per week)
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Start Date: Monday 7th September 2026

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Production Operatives for an exciting opportunity based in Perth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production environment with the potential for long-term ongoing work. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties Include:
Operating production and packaging equipment
Assembly and packing of finished products
Quality checking products to company standards
Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting the wider production team as requiredWhat We Are Looking For:
Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or factory experience is essential
Good attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
